OUR PROJECT

OUR PROJECT

Sami Around the World is a travel project by three friends who want to cross the world

to break down all the barriers, starting by the mental ones.

Three Unstoppable Friends

We want our friend Sami to live the greatest experience of his life and reach Japan in time for the 2020 Paralympics.

TURIN-TOKYO. ON-THE-ROAD

We want to make it our way. A 5 month trip from Turin to Tokyo, along the Silk Road. We’ll cross hard zones and make any sort of challenging and demandig activity with Sami. Overcome any difficulty will be our athletic gesture, our out of competition sport, our personal and special way to participate in the Paralympic Games.

OUT OF COMPETITION SPORT:

The discipline with which a group of people, with varying degrees of ability, find ways to overcome physical and mental limits to improve their lives, learning from each other and having fun together.
